Midwestern State University

Wichita Falls, Texas

FRESH OFF ITS one-hundred-year anniversary, Midwestern State University (MSU Texas) has begun its second century with a new student activities center that enhances and encourages student involvement.

The Bridwell Activities Center and Cannedy Greek Commons provide beautiful space for the fraternity and sorority communities and new offices for the Student Government Association and Office of Student Leadership and Involvement. A full-service coffee shop and modern meeting rooms support student organization needs.

A public university, MSU Texas equips students to seize future opportunities through its strong programs in the arts, humanities, sciences, and social sciences, as well as accredited professional programs in education, mechanical engineering, health sciences, and business, among others.

As a First-gen Forward institution, MSU Texas offers a number of programs that assist students who are the first in their families to attain a degree. The individual attention provided through small class sizes allows MSU Texas students and faculty to create meaningful relationships.

A nationally ranked cycling club and recreational sports complement thirteen NCAA Division II sports.

Now in its fifth year, the Flower Mound Distance Learning Support Center offers online and blended transition programs such as RN to BSN, which build on two-year educations received by community college students.
