TEXAS CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY (TCU) is all about the experience and connection. With a choice of 114 undergraduate areas of study, students have opportunities to cultivate broad perspectives and to encourage and challenge one another, emerging as leaders who have the capacity and conscience to make a difference for the greater good.
TCU’s academic culture promotes interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration to give students a bigger worldview. Professors love teaching, mentoring, and connecting with students. The same professors conduct meaningful research, often with undergraduates at their side.
Horned Frogs learn, live, and play on a 302-acre campus that is officially designated as a Tree Campus. The Campus Commons is home to the university union, residence halls, and the Intercultural Center. In the Intellectual Commons, the library and new academic buildings provide technologically advanced environments that complement TCU’s other state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories. The Creative Commons is anchored by two new facilities: the 33,000-square-foot Fine Arts Building and the TCU Music Center with its Van Cliburn Concert Hall at TCU.

When not in class or studying, students live in residence halls ranked by The Princeton Review as second in the nation. They work out at top-of-the-line recreation facilities, catch Big 12 NCAA athletic competitions, and choose from more than two hundred student organizations—all without leaving one of America’s most beautiful college campuses.
